Travel Information – General
Flight Book Zone provides users with travel details related to their bookings, including itineraries, destinations, flight schedules, and available travel packages. This information is provided to us by our third-party travel partners, including airlines, tour operators, and other service providers.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure that all information on our platform is accurate and current, we rely on data provided by these external suppliers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all details displayed on the site will always be error-free or up to date. All travel information, including pricing, availability, and schedules, is subject to change without prior notice.
Users of Flight Book Zone are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including but not limited to passports, visas, travel insurance, health documentation, and any other entry or transit regulations for their chosen destination.
Flight Book Zone acts solely as a service provider, helping users with their travel plans through our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all necessary documentation, comply with travel requirements, and confirm all travel details directly with the relevant service providers before departure.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to bookings made through Flight Book Zone, depending on the specific travel service provider involved. Customers booking flights with multiple airlines must ensure they review and accept each airline’s terms and conditions, which are available on the respective airline’s website.
Flight fares and availability are only guaranteed once payment has been completed and a booking confirmation has been issued. Prices and availability may vary due to changes from the airline or service provider, which are beyond the control of Flight Book Zone.
If a booking includes flights operated by more than one airline, users are responsible for reviewing the terms of each airline individually. Airlines may have different policies on baggage, cancellations, schedule changes, and other conditions. Flight Book Zone is not responsible for additional costs incurred due to changes or cancellations made by the airline.
Terms & Conditions – Flights
International Travel(s)
For international travel, the provisions of the Montreal Convention may apply between your country of departure and your destination. This Convention generally limits the liability of airlines for any death or personal injury to passengers.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure possession of all necessary travel documents for entry into a foreign country. This includes a valid passport, visa (tourist, business, or transit), and any other required documents that may be requested at any time during your trip.
Flight Book Zone holds no responsibility for your failure to meet these requirements. It is your responsibility to review all travel warnings, restrictions, and requirements issued by the government before traveling to your selected destination.
Visa and Passport
Travelers are advised to check with the relevant embassy to confirm visa and passport requirements before booking a trip. Although Flight Book Zone may provide general guidance, requirements can change at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed.
Flight Book Zone is not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect travel documents, including passports or visas. This applies even if you do not exit the airport during a layover or transit.
Health
Travelers should verify all necessary vaccinations required for their destination. Health requirements may vary and change frequently. You are advised to consult a doctor before traveling and ensure you meet all necessary health conditions, including vaccinations and medications.
Disinfection
Airlines have the right to disinfect aircraft if necessary for public health or environmental safety. Approved disinfectants by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization may be used.
This includes:
- Spraying aerosolized insecticides in the cabin while passengers are on board.
- Treating the cabin surfaces with residual insecticide prior to boarding
Check-In
Different airlines have their own check-in policies and guidelines. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and comply with the check-in requirements of their airline before making a booking.
Flight Book Zone recommends the following minimum check-in times:
- For domestic flights: at least 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure
- For international flights: at least 3 hours prior to scheduled departure
Failure to meet the airline’s check-in requirements may result in denied boarding, for which Flight Book Zone holds no responsibility.
Airline Schedule Change
Airlines may change flight schedules for various reasons, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical or crew issues, or operational challenges. These changes may include flight delays, cancellations, or conversion of a non-stop flight into a connecting itinerary.
Such changes are controlled by the airline, and Flight Book Zone is not responsible for them. If a schedule change results in a cancellation, we will notify customers via phone or email and assist with available alternatives according to the airline’s policies.
In some cases, the airline may not inform us about schedule changes in advance. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that customers contact their airline directly at least 72 hours prior to departure to confirm their flight schedule.
After check-in, any changes, cancellations, delays, or rebooking are handled directly by the airline. Flight Book Zone can provide guidance, but the final solution will be provided by the airline.
If a schedule change affects connecting flights on separate airlines, any additional charges or rebooking costs are the customer’s responsibility.
In cases such as severe weather conditions, the available options are often limited.
Overbooking of Flights
Airlines may sometimes overbook flights. Each airline has its own specific rules and policies regarding overbooked flights, usually outlined in the airline’s contract of carriage.
Travelers who want to know more about an airline’s overbooking policies should contact either Flight Book Zone or the airline directly for detailed information.
Prices
Prices displayed on Flight Book Zone are subject to change without prior notice. Airfare is guaranteed only after the booking has been completed, payment has been processed, and the booking reference (PNR) has been issued.
Once payment information is provided and accepted, a booking confirmation email will be sent. This confirmation includes the booking reference number, itinerary, and e-ticket details. If you do not receive this confirmation, the booking is not finalized, and airfare may be subject to change.
If there is a change in fare before issuing the ticket, you will be notified, and the new price will be provided before completing the booking.
All prices listed on Flight Book Zone are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If complete payment is not received within the specified time, Flight Book Zone reserves the right to cancel the booking.
The fare mentioned in the booking confirmation must be used exactly in the sequence and travel segments provided. Any improper usage may result in the cancellation of the booking by the airline.
Cancellations and Refunds
All bookings made through Flight Book Zone are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If you wish to cancel a booking, you must contact our customer support team, who will assist you with the cancellation process.
If your booking is eligible for a refund, it will be subject to an administrative cancellation fee as well as any applicable fees charged by the airline or other service providers involved in your booking.
Refund requests can only be processed after approval from the airline. Once approved, the refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please note that the entire process, including airline approval and refund issuance, may take 60 to 90 days from the date of the cancellation request.
Certain suppliers may apply additional fees or fare differences. Name changes are not permitted once a booking is completed. To avoid errors or extra charges, you must carefully review all passenger details before confirming your booking.
Full details of applicable fees and charges can be found in our Taxes & Fees document.
Contact Center Booking Service Fee
When making a booking through Flight Book Zone’s contact center, including multi-stop or complex itineraries, a service fee may apply. This service fee may be higher than the online booking fee and can range from $20 to $300 per passenger, depending on the complexity of the booking.
Important Note: The service fee is included in the total price quoted to you. By confirming your booking, you agree to pay the final quoted price, which includes this service fee. We recommend reviewing the final amount carefully before completing your booking.
Payment and Flight Information with Confirmation
Credit card companies may charge an international transaction fee when booking through Flight Book Zone, especially when payments are processed through overseas suppliers. The charge may appear on your credit card statement in local currency, which might differ from the amount shown during the payment process.
Any differences in the final charge are due to currency conversion rates or fees determined by your credit card company, not by Flight Book Zone. Customers are advised to contact their credit card provider directly for clarification regarding currency conversion rates and international transaction fees.
Special Request: Seats, Meals and Frequent Flyer
Requests for specific seats, meal preferences, or frequent flyer miles are treated as requests only. While Flight Book Zone will forward these requests to the airline, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.
Airlines reserve the right to modify seat assignments without prior notice. Even if your request is confirmed at the time of booking, it remains your responsibility to verify the status directly with the airline.
Flight Book Zone is not liable for any unfulfilled special requests related to seating, meals, frequent flyer programs, or similar services.
Suitability of Travel Services
Flight Book Zone offers access to a wide range of travel services, but we do not guarantee that any specific service is suitable for your personal needs. By using our website, you agree that we are not responsible for assessing the suitability of the services offered.
Any concerns related to the risks or conditions of a service must be assessed and accepted by the traveler.
Unaccompanied Minors
Unaccompanied minors (individuals under the age of 16) are not permitted to make bookings through Flight Book Zone.
Each airline has its own policies regarding minors traveling alone. Some carriers do not allow unaccompanied minors at all, while others may allow it only on direct flights and may charge an additional fee at check-in.
To confirm the rules that apply to your flight, please contact the airline directly and review their policy for unaccompanied minors.
Credit Card Chargeback
Customers may dispute a charge with their credit card company if necessary. However, if a chargeback request is filed without first contacting Flight Book Zone to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to cancel the associated booking.
By using our service, you agree to our terms and acknowledge our cancellation policy. Special offers, discounts, and promotional codes are not covered under the cancellation terms.
In cases where a chargeback is filed incorrectly, Flight Book Zone reserves the right to recover costs incurred. We may also refer to internal call recordings and communication history to assess and resolve disputes.
